At The Official Warframe Store, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; if a piece of apparel doesn't fit your Arsenal, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and certain collectibles may be subject to final sale conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
